About the event

A Unique Shakespeare Retreat exploring three of Shakespeare's major plays: Hamlet, Twelfth Night, and Romeo and Juliet.


Arrive on Sunday 16th March for our evening welcome dinner, or on the morning of Monday 17th March for our first play reading, and stay in one of our spacious ensuite rooms through to check-out on Friday 21st March.  During your stay you will have the opportunity to observe or participate in:

  • a guided reading of one play each day, followed by a group discussion

  • extended workshops exploring Shakespeare's verse and dramatic structures

  • a lecture-style presentation on aspects of Shakespeare's work, followed by Q&A

  • a panel discussion of an aspect of Shakespeare's plays with Q&A
